The Setup

 After you install everything above. Go to: Select Plugin in Winamp
  • Click DSP/Effect
  • Double Click Nullsoft SHOUTCast Source DSP
 
   

Configure the DSP Plugin

 

 This will Appear. Configure this page accordingly to match you show
  • URL Will always be http://www.gangster.fm
  • IRC Chat will always be "#notepad on EFNET"
  • The rest is up to you. You do not have to put a mention to gangster.fm anywhere in your descritption.
 
   

Configure the DSP Plugin

 The output is your connection settings
  • Address: Gangster.fm
  • Port: 1337
  • IM Me for the password
  • Connection retry should be set to 5 or higher
 
   

Configure the DSP Plugin

 Your encoder settings will always be:
  • Encoder Type: MP3
  • Encode Settings: 128kbps, 44,100kHz, Stereo
 
   

Configure the DSP Plugin

 Your INPUT device will always be your Winamp application when Playing music
 
   

Configure the DSP Plugin

 If you would like to talk over your stream, you can change the input to "Soundcard Input"
 
   

Configure Sound Recording Properties

 Click the "Open Mixer" button on the INPUT Tab and select "Microphone" as your input source. Anytime you wish to talk just change your input source from Winamp to Soundcard

Please note those of you with more advanced sound cards, can select more then 1 recording input at once.  If you can do this, then you can keep your INPUT DEVICE on Sound Card, and actually talk over the music by using the "Push to Talk" button on the Shoutcast DSP Plugin.
